Fluence Goes All In for the Holidays

Fluence Goes All In for the Holidays

Fluence closed out the year in style with a Christmas celebration that felt equal parts James Bond & Monte Carlo.

Hosted at Club Paddock, home for some of the most impressive cars in Utah, the evening brought the entire Fluence team together for a black-tie casino night filled with great food, company, and a lot of well-earned fun.

Beyond the fancy dresses, tailored suits, and casino tables, the night was about something bigger: just how far Fluence has come in 2025 and pushing toward an even stronger 2026.

A Night to Celebrate Growth

2025 was a defining year for Fluence.
New clients, new team members, new services, and new markets - this year proved what’s possible when strategy, creativity, and hard work all move in the same direction.

The Christmas party was a chance to pause and reflect on that momentum.

Between letting it ride and doubling down on the tables, leadership took time to recognize the milestones reached over the past year, key contributions from team members, and to share the vision for what’s next.

Cars, Cards, & Christmas Cheer

The theme of the night was classy fun, and Club Paddock provided the perfect backdrop.

Guests tried their luck at casino tables and enjoyed incredible food while surrounded by rare and exotic cars. The atmosphere felt more like that of a movie set than a company Christmas party.

For many team members, it was a chance to connect outside of projects and collaborations.
The evening also served as a chance to meet spouses, swap stories from the year, and celebrate as one team rather than individual departments.

A Toast to Ross

The evening wasn’t just a Christmas party, it also doubled as a birthday celebration for Fluence founder & CEO Ross McMullen.

Between spins at the roulette table and hands of blackjack, the team took a moment to recognize the vision and leadership that helped shape Fluence’s breakout year.

It was a fitting way to celebrate: surrounded by the people and culture Ross has built, reflecting on how far the company has come while looking ahead to everything still on the table for 2026.

Looking Forward to 2026

If 2025 was about proving what Fluence could become, 2026 will be about taking that success to the next level.

New partnerships, bigger campaigns, expanded capabilities, and continued investment in people and culture are all on the horizon. The energy in the room made one thing clear: the best is still yet to come.

Here’s to another year of growth, bold ideas, and even more nights as fun as this one.
